Registered Broker/Dealers with extensive corporate finance experience have partnered with ***CFC*** including Healthios, a Chicago-based investment bank. Healthios is launching a Crowd Finance Portal powered by ***CFC***,*** HealthiosXchange***, in May of 2013 to assist emerging growth healthcare companies raise financing from alternative sources of capital including Accredited investors (Entrepreneurs, Angels, Family Offices).   ***CFC’s*** mission is to assist investors and entrepreneurs leverage the disruptive power of the Internet to increase the efficiency of raising capital. ***CFC*** creates online funding Portals enabling Accredited investors to invest as little as $2,500 in early-stage companies via the Companies Venture Funds (LLC’s); Investors do not invest directly into Companies but into a spun off venture fund managed by a fund administrator, the only shareholder of record. Via this structure, emerging growth companies can better manage their cap table vs. traditional offerings where each shareholder has a vote (“Fragmented Cap Structure")   ***CFC*** also creates Portals for raising capital from Reg D. Capital raised via Reg D is immense; 37,000 Reg D offerings from 2009 through Q1 2011 contributing $905 billion in capital.
